About me

I am a changemaker, a human-centered solutions designer who helps organisations and communities make positive change.

In my work, I combine creativity with analytical thinking to understand needs, problems and challenges and then design effective solutions that transform the world around us – both in virtual and physical reality.

I have experience in product and service design, business analysis, identifying needs and requirements and modelling organisational structures to improve efficiency. With a background in finance, I understand key business issues and can combine them with a design approach.

I have been supporting organisations to use technology effectively and create digital products for many years. I also deliver training and workshops in business analysis, project management, UX/UI design, process modelling (BPMN, UML) and tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect.

My professional experience ranges from working as a freelancer to working with large companies and NGOs. I am also active as a volunteer – leading urban development initiatives. I’m involved in placemaking, i.e. creating people-friendly places in a spirit of collaboration and community involvement.

I have a passion for learning and sharing knowledge – both in terms of new technologies and methods of adapting to a changing world. I believe that with collaboration and the right tools we can create better places, more effective organisations and innovative products.

If you are looking for a partner to collaborate on designing change, identifying needs, designing innovative digital products or implementing AI solutions – I invite you to get in touch!
